Manoel LemosPartnerRedpoint eventuresBefore joining the Redpoint eventure’s partnership, Manoel was the Chief Digital Officer of Abril Media, the second largest media conglomerate in Brazil. An entreprenuer, Manoel founded and developed BlogBlogs, the world’s largest indexer of blogs in Portuguese. BlogBlogs was acquired by Abril / Naspers and originated WebCo, the first Brazilian start-up focused on the development of Web 2.0 products with a strong Silicon Valley inspired culture. Manoel led WebCo as founder and CEO.
Before BlogBlogs, Manoel was the CTO for Hypercom Brasil, a leading provider of payment solutions for the credit card and banking industries. Earlier in his career Manoel worked as software engineer, solutions architect and Internet specialist for local companies, the Brazilian government and the European Community.
Manoel is also the founder and chief-maker of Fazedores.com, the first portal dedicated to the Brazilian Maker Movement community, which aims to promote the maker culture in Brazil and be the hub for Brazilian makers to exchange ideas, collaborate on and show projects.
Manoel received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from UNICAMP where he also did several years of research and has an incomplete masters degree in high performance computing. He holds an ACE from the Sloan Business School at MIT and participated in executive education on Strategy for Media Companies at Harvard Business School and Venture Capital at Haas Business School in University of California Berkeley.

Prior to joining DFJ, Bubba led product development for Facebook for Android and started the Facebook Home project. Decent was founded by Tencent co-founder Jason Zeng, and has 160 plus companies in portfolio. Before joining Decent Capital, Jonathan was a Director of Networking Infrastructure in Tencent Inc. Hans was also a founding member of Taipei-based Crimson Asia Capital and HelloAsia, a pan-Asian focused consumer Internet startup based in Silicon Valley. He started his career at Merrill Lynch as an investment banker focused on the technology sector. He received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. Hans has been ranked as a top VC on the Forbes Midas list the past three years (2 013, 2014, and 2015).

In 2006, Ms. Zeng co-founded Jade Invest, a China focused USD fund of private equity funds. Previously, Ms. Zeng founded Maple Valley Investments in 2004, a boutique financial advisory in China. At Maple Valley, she has offered a wide range of corporate advisory and private placement services to blue-chip Chinese clients. She has successfully raised several hundred millions for dozens of companies including Intime Department Store (01833.HK) etc.
Ms. Zeng was the first Executive Director of China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) in 2002. She is also the Deputy Secretary-General of China Private Equity Association in Tianjin. Ms. Zeng was elected as one of 30 most influential business women in China by the China Entrepreneur Magazine in 2011.
